Settler’s Rise Stage 1 is a residential subdivision in the Mackay region. Our brief was to deliver high-end landscaping including an entry feature conforming to Mackay Regional Council specifications.

Our team navigated high levels of wet weather and, importantly, worked to the programs of subcontractors and the principal contractor as our scope was one of multiple trades packages.

Using our in-house plant and equipment, we self-performed materials supply, delivery and landscaping installation works. The result met the requirements of the local council’s specification on time for release to the market.
